Underfloor Heating
We install wired underfloor heating systems beneath tiles, delivering even warmth across the floor with minimal heat loss.

Wired underfloor heating sits beneath your tiles and delivers warmth evenly across the entire floor surface. Unlike radiators that create hot spots and cold zones, the system warms from below, so you get consistent comfort underfoot without the visual clutter of pipes and brackets on your walls.
We install the heating mat or cable directly onto a prepared subfloor, then lay your tiles over the top. The system works through any tile type — porcelain, stone, or large format — and the tiles themselves conduct the heat effectively, making them an ideal surface for this kind of installation. Because we handle both the heating layout and the tiling, we can ensure the whole job is coordinated properly and finished to a standard that keeps everything functioning as it should.
The main benefit is comfort. Underfloor heating feels different from traditional heating; there's no air movement, no dust circulation, and the warmth rises naturally from the floor itself. It's particularly popular in bathrooms and kitchens, where you're often barefoot or standing for longer periods. It also frees up wall space in smaller rooms where a radiator would otherwise dominate.
Installation does require careful planning. The subfloor needs to be level and stable before we lay the heating system — uneven bases can cause problems later — so we often combine this work with our floor levelling service to get the foundation right. The heating mat or cable layout needs to be mapped out to avoid obstacles like kitchen islands or built-in units, and we make sure everything is tested before the tiles go down.
We work on residential refurbishments and small commercial projects across Binfield and the surrounding area. If you're planning a kitchen or bathroom renovation, or simply want to add underfloor heating to an existing tiled floor, get in touch and we'll discuss what's practical for your space and budget.
