Plenty of garages, outbuildings and extensions still have old corrugated asbestos cement roofs. When they start to crack or leak they need replacing, and the asbestos has to be removed and disposed of under the regulations.
In Maidenhead we had an asbestos roof safely removed and disposed of in line with the regulations, then laid a new EPDM flat roof with cross ventilation to meet current building regulations.
We price the removal and the new roof together, and the new roof can be EPDM, GRP or single-ply depending on the building and your budget.
