We strip and re-roof pitched roofs in tile and slate, with new breathable membrane, battens and dry ridge and hip systems, and all the leadwork done by the same team.
In Camberley we stripped a roof, fitted new membrane and a dry ridge, and re-laid the original tiles to keep the cost down. In Wargrave we removed spray foam insulation and re-roofed in reclaimed original tiles with new weathered clay plain tiles, and the roof was signed off by Building Control and inspected by the NFRC. In Bracknell we re-roofed a house in Marley Double Roman tiles and added a new warm deck flat roof, and in Egham we roofed a full new layout in Marley Edgemere tiles with a lead shelf over the bays.
We will tell you honestly whether the roof needs replacing or whether a repair will do.
